Each Crew undergoes an enzyme wash to enhance its softness and deliver the absolute best quality. JenniferMy experience has been pretty good so far. However,I own(bought),7 full sets of comfrt sweats/hoodies. I let co.no,after. 1st.wash,the elastic in 1 pair of ankles was all twisted. They told me to open up seam,twist it correctly,& sew it back up,myself! For 130.00 sweats,you don't accommodate your customers,unless ur Justin Bieber,or any other star.
