At Comfrt, we’ve made returns simple, flexible, and stress free.
Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit in the form of a Comfrt Gift Card.

Processing Time
- Once your return is received at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Store credit is issued as a Comfrt Gift Card via email - it never expires and can be used on any future order.
Return Window
- Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns requested outside this period or that don’t meet policy criteria will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or scent.
- Tags (and hygienic liners, if applicable) must be attached.
- Items returned in non-sellable condition will not qualify for credit or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for: Final Sale items
We offer two easy options through our Returns Portal:
- Exchange:
Swap your item for a different size or color (based on availability).
Your replacement will ship once your return has been received and processed. - Store Credit:
Receive a Comfrt Gift Card equal to your return value.
Gift cards are emailed automatically once your return is processed and never expire.
Additional Details
- Exchanges are processed at the discounted amount paid for each item.
- If your requested item is out of stock, you’ll automatically receive store credit.
- There are no return shipping fees for any domestic returns.
- Please note, orders starting with "EXC" can only be returned for a gift card. We're unable to allow exchanges on exchange orders.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label or SKU
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped for the same item and size (based on availability).Reports made after 5 days or without required images may not qualify for replacement.
- Returns are accepted only through our Returns Portal - this ensures tracking and timely processing.
- Items sent outside of this process may be delayed or ineligible for exchange.
- Original shipping costs are non refundable.
- Duties and taxes on international orders are not eligible for credit.

When packing up your return, please include a note that includes your order number.
International orders may be returned for a store credit. Refunds to original payment method are not provided at this time.
International customers are required to cover the return shipping cost. Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
Be sure to take note of your tracking number as we won’t be able to track this for you.
