Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and support, ensuring a smooth process for any eligible returns or cancellations. Your satisfaction is our priority!

If your item arrived damaged

  • Damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • Include clear images of the damage and a photo of the SKU on the polybag packaging.
  • Once approved, Comfrt will replace the item with the same size and color as the original order.
  • Reports made after 5 days or without required images will be reviewed, but may not be eligible for replacement.

Product Returns / Exchanges

Terms and Guidelines:

  • Customers can now choose between an exchange or store credit when returning eligible items.
  • All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery through our Loop Returns portal

Return & Exchange Terms

  • All returned items must be in new condition — no wear, stains, or other signs of use.
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Please use the Loop Returns portal and the shipping label it provides to send back your items - this ensures your return or exchange is processed quickly and accurately. 
  • Make sure to drop off your return before the return window expires — once it does, we won’t be able to process a return or exchange.
  • Exchanges are limited to the same product — you may select a different size or color only. If you’d like a different item or you’re not ready to decide, please select “Return for Store Credit” and repurchase once your credit is issued.

Refund Methods

  • Exchanges: If you chose the exchange option in Loop, your exchange order will automatically be processed for shipment after your return package has been received and inspected.
  • Store Credit: If you select store credit, the credit will be issued within 1 week of your return being received and inspected by our warehouse. Store credits are issued in the form of an e-gift card, which does not expire.
  • If there is any issue with your return upon arrival, our team will contact you via email from info@comfrt.com

Product / Order Cancellations

  • Ready to ship items cannot be cancelled and edits cannot be made once the order has been placed. These items/orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 2-3 business days to ensure speedy delivery. 
  • Pre-Order items can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase and are eligible for a refund back to the original payment method. After 7 days, but before fulfillment, Pre-Order cancellations are eligible for refund for store credit only.
