I'm 5'3 124 lbs and got a small and they fit perfectly! They're a little long but the bottoms are tapered so it's not an issue. I love the thickness of the material.

Even though I could have went with a small, I wanted an even baggier fit and the medium delivered that. I’m buying more for myself and my boyfriend as soon as possible. I absolutely LOVE this outfit. I am 5’3, 120lbs and I got an XS in both top and bottom. I would say since I have longer legs I wish I went with a small for them to be longer but overall I am happy with my purchase! I LOVE Comfrt!
