They live up to the hype. I'm 5'5 150 and went with medium top and small bottom. I might go with medium all the way next time. But they're the most comfortable sweats I've owned!

I am so in love with my Comfrt Tranquility Hoodie and SweatPants! I’m a single mom of two, working in the Medical Field is stressful, and suffers from chronic Anxiety and Depression. I can’t begin to thank Comfrt enough! If I could afford to I would buy one of each color and style. Shipping was decent a small delay due to a holiday, I wanted to leave work as soon as I received the delivery notification! Although this set does not replace my anxiety medication it does add that little lift of feeling safe and secure when wearing the clothing! It has weight to it but it’s not overwhelming, it’s just enough to make me feel comfortable while not suffocated! I would 100% recommend!!

I have so much to say I don’t know where to begin’ as soon as I tried on the sweatshirt I ordered the sweatpants and my husband a sweatshirt!
