If you need to return and exchange anything they only give instore credit and have horrible customer service they sent me a used hoodie when I emailed them they told me they’d send me a replacement but didn’t tell me wat to do to send it back and we emailed back forth and now they’ve stopped responding.

These are so soft and cozy and better than I expected! I plan on getting more in the hoodie and crew! Love them!

It is such a comfy hoodie. The colors are so cute as well, I have the sky colored hoodie and matching pants! I am usually a small but for the pants I should have got x small but they still fit great just a bit bigger on the leg part. I got one for my puppy to match and we both love it. I’m 5’ 1” with curves so I have a hard time finding joggers that are loose fit without being way too big, and these are perfect. I got a medium in both the hoodie and joggers and could live in them. They’re the perfect combination of soft and warm but don’t feel heavy either. Highly recommend.

I order the signature set in a M for both tops and bottom. I’m 5’4” and 125 pounds and overly thrilled with how comfortable and oversized it is. Next set I’d prob get a small for both but I’ve been after an oversized set for so long and I absolutely love this one. Don’t even think about it just do it!

I ordered a medium in the cream and a small in the purple. I liked how both fit! The medium was slightly looser at the hood, and slightly wider. I am 5’5” and 115 pounds. This is a heavier sweatshirt that feels durable on the outside, yet soft on the inside. Material does not pick up on lint or fibers, but other versions of comfrt hoodies can. I made another order after trying them on. I am in Minnesota and my first order came in 5 days and The second arrived in 2 days. Insanely fast shipping speeds!
