Love the shorts only thing is I wish the pockets were sturdier or better designed like if you put your phone in the pocket, it will fall down lower than anything heavy in your pocket is literally gonna be seen coming out the bottom of your shorts, but love the product

I went and accidentally ordered a size small shorts so I immediately emailed them to change it to a medium. I didn't hear anything from them, I got the order, it was a size small. I sent them another email, waited a week. I finally hear from them. They said they were busy, they can't change the order. I said I GOT the order, I know you can't change it now. So this went back and forth with a week in between waiting for them to respond. They finally say that I can EASILY exchange it by sending it back (not mentioning I had to pay to ship it OR pay a fee to exchange it) . It's SO EASY!! SO, after going back and forth clarifying this stupidity of a policy, I cancelled my pre order, which they were eager and happy to do. They were also happy to help me return the rest of my order, which I was going to because I was so mad they were not willing to help me with this, but I'd have to do shipping, the fee and would not get my money back, only a credit!!! They were not at all helpful, beat around the bush when I asked direct questions on this probably because they also know it's ridiculous. But for this to take 6 weeks going back and forth because they are "busy" is ridiculous. This was never resolved. I was ready to buy another hoodie in orange, but deleted it out of my cart. This was my first and LAST purchase. The site needs work, you need a live agent chat available and need to do better as a growing company. I got the set and shorts because of all the hype. I WISH someone would have warned me on the Customer Service.
I usually hate elastic waist bands but this one is thicker and more comfortable! Super soft materials

Okay. We all know how much pajama shorts are cinched at the waist and are usually pretty snug. These shorts are hands down, the most comfortable lounge/pj shorts I’ve ever worn. They fit so relaxed and comfortably on my waist. Love love LOVE. Currently working on obtaining every color
I bought this for my hubby and he loves wearing it! He has sensitive skin so he's very picky with the material of his clothes. As soon as he tried them on, he pretty much wore it for the rest of the day :)

The material is amazing. Super soft and slightly weighted as stated on their website. The only con I have is that the pocket is so soft too that wheh I put my phone (Samsung Fold 6) in my pocket, it drags the pocket and my shorts down eventually. Other than that, I love wearing it!
I bought this set for my fiancé and he absolutely loves it. In fact, I had to buy him another two sets and other colors because he loved them so much. He does absolutely everything in them, from sleeping to working. I also bought a matching set for myself!

I love this whole set. It’s cute with the matching labels. This set fits true to size but the shorts are more fitted than the top. Because I’m using it for sleeping, I’d probably size up 1 size in the shorts for a looser waist band. I got my regular M and it’s just slightly snug. You could wear the shirt out. The shorts are see thru and just for home. I love this sleep set and I can’t wait to get more gorgeous colors!

I've ordered 6 pairs of Cloud shorts and I love them so much! Literally the most comfortable shorts I've ever owned. Buttery soft fabric, breathable, stretchy and look cute. Also they don't ride up which is great for women with no thigh gap.
