For reference, I’m almost 5’6” 116 lbs, wear a MEDIUM in the pants because I prefer the extra length/room, I could definitely get away with a small, but I don’t feel like they’re long enough. The sets are the thickest , softest sweats even after washes . They run big to be comfy , & are unisex so I had to give my 1st set to my son and reordered a smaller set .
