Customer service was great. The first one I ordered was too small so I sent it back. I was credited as soon as they received it and given a gift card to buy a bigger size. I always buy her a size bigger because she is longer than most 35-40lb dogs (part dachshund) but this fits her perfectly. A little loose just how I would want one on me! If you have a 50++lb dog, I’m not sure how this sweatshirt would fit your dog, and if it does, I’d love to see a review of it!!!
