Melissa WardlawLove the shorts only thing is I wish the pockets were sturdier or better designed like if you put your phone in the pocket, it will fall down lower than anything heavy in your pocket is literally gonna be seen coming out the bottom of your shorts, but love the product

however soft you think these are going to be, multiply it by at least 3. they are so cotton soft but somehow also silky with that kind if cooling airy effect you get from that. amazing to sleep and lounge in, cute enough to leave the house in. very multi-use and i absolutely love them. as soon as i wore them the first time i bought 2 more pairs on preorder. i did make the decision, by the size chart, to go a size up and use the draw string as needed, but i think i could have stuck with my normal size. i’ll also point out that the drawstrings are kind if ridiculously long and have the potential to get tangled (i’ve washed twice and the only “issue” was they somehow turned themselves inside out)

Barbara KavorkianI went and accidentally ordered a size small shorts so I immediately emailed them to change it to a medium. I didn't hear anything from them, I got the order, it was a size small. I sent them another email, waited a week. I finally hear from them. They said they were busy, they can't change the order. I said I GOT the order, I know you can't change it now. So this went back and forth with a week in between waiting for them to respond. They finally say that I can EASILY exchange it by sending it back (not mentioning I had to pay to ship it OR pay a fee to exchange it) . It's SO EASY!! SO, after going back and forth clarifying this stupidity of a policy, I cancelled my pre order, which they were eager and happy to do. They were also happy to help me return the rest of my order, which I was going to because I was so mad they were not willing to help me with this, but I'd have to do shipping, the fee and would not get my money back, only a credit!!! They were not at all helpful, beat around the bush when I asked direct questions on this probably because they also know it's ridiculous. But for this to take 6 weeks going back and forth because they are "busy" is ridiculous. This was never resolved. I was ready to buy another hoodie in orange, but deleted it out of my cart. This was my first and LAST purchase. The site needs work, you need a live agent chat available and need to do better as a growing company. I got the set and shorts because of all the hype. I WISH someone would have warned me on the Customer Service.
