Customer Service inadequate Return/exchange policy is horrible!! Beware!!

I went and accidentally ordered a size small shorts so I immediately emailed them to change it to a medium. I didn't hear anything from them, I got the order, it was a size small. I sent them another email, waited a week. I finally hear from them. They said they were busy, they can't change the order. I said I GOT the order, I know you can't change it now. So this went back and forth with a week in between waiting for them to respond. They finally say that I can EASILY exchange it by sending it back (not mentioning I had to pay to ship it OR pay a fee to exchange it) . It's SO EASY!! SO, after going back and forth clarifying this stupidity of a policy, I cancelled my pre order, which they were eager and happy to do. They were also happy to help me return the rest of my order, which I was going to because I was so mad they were not willing to help me with this, but I'd have to do shipping, the fee and would not get my money back, only a credit!!! They were not at all helpful, beat around the bush when I asked direct questions on this probably because they also know it's ridiculous. But for this to take 6 weeks going back and forth because they are "busy" is ridiculous. This was never resolved. I was ready to buy another hoodie in orange, but deleted it out of my cart. This was my first and LAST purchase. The site needs work, you need a live agent chat available and need to do better as a growing company. I got the set and shorts because of all the hype. I WISH someone would have warned me on the Customer Service.

These shorts are PERFECT!! I love this whole set. It’s cute with the matching labels. This set fits true to size but the shorts are more fitted than the top. Because I’m using it for sleeping, I’d probably size up 1 size in the shorts for a looser waist band. I got my regular M and it’s just slightly snug. You could wear the shirt out. The shorts are see thru and just for home. I love this sleep set and I can’t wait to get more gorgeous colors!
