My overall experience was good. I did pre-order the pastel blue bundle in August and it was supposed to arrive in October, however I just received the hoodie today, November 13th. The tracking says the pants will arrive November 15th and I am so excited! Customer service was super nice and refunded me $10 and sent me a $10 gift card d for a future purchase! This set along with my other Comfrt set is without a doubt the most COMFORTABLE sweat sets I’ve ever owned. The fabric is very soft on the inside and just overall very high quality material.
