My overall experience was good. I did pre-order the pastel blue bundle in August and it was supposed to arrive in October, however I just received the hoodie today, November 13th. The tracking says the pants will arrive November 15th and I am so excited! Customer service was super nice and refunded me $10 and sent me a $10 gift card d for a future purchase! I wasn’t expecting that but, appreciated it very much. I will order again in the future! I am 5’9” 155lbs and the Medium is perfectly oversized and very stylish. I definitely want more pastels!
I caved… and let me tell you, Comfrt hoodies are so worth the hype! I finally splurged and I’m OBSESSED. The quality is on another level—thick, cozy fabric that’s crazy warm. It was 23 degrees outside, and I wore my hoodie instead of a jacket. Didn’t even feel the cold! This is hands-down the nicest hoodie I’ve ever owned.
