I ordered on the 22nd and it arrived on the 26th! Super fast turn around. I went with the Bark color and was not disappointed. I read through the reviews to decide the sizing to purchase. I’m 5’3, 160#. I didn’t want a lot of material at my ankles so I went with a small and they are the perfect length and not too tight! The pockets are BIG and love the zippered butt pocket for my card!

Love how cozy and comfortable they are. They do look big in the legs and come pretty high up on the waist. But worried to size down as the waist may be too tight. But I never want to take them off! I can sleep in them without getting overheated which is a huge bonus. I’ve already ordered two more sets! Worst customer Service

I have ordered from this company 3 different times. Customer service and delivery has been absolutely horrible each time. I have numerous emails back and forth with conflicting information. The customer is not the primary concern, not in my case. My last order was delayed by MONTHS. No follow up,no contact nothing. I had to follow up MULTIPLE times to even get a response and once I did I was told my order would be shipped and it STILL wasn't. I had to reach out AGAIN. And once I did I finally received the product I paid for. As much as I love the product I absolutely hate the extreme lack of customer service and when someone asks me where I got my outfit from, I can't in good conscious refer you. And a 15% discount does not make up for my repeated experience. Absolutely not a fan at all.
