I am addicted to these sweat sets!!! I push them on everybody! Everyone in my family owns at least 1 set to include my parents!!! Cold weather here in Colorado can't come soon enough. These sweatpants are seriously the best. I love the zipper pocket in the back, I need worry about my belongings falling out or getting pickpocketed in a large crowd after a 10 hour flight. The material is so thick and soft! I love how warm and comfy they are. The waistband is super stretchy so even if I’m bloated I never feel like they are too tight. I’ve bought 5 sets but the Travel Essentials are my favorite. If I’m on a hike with my dog or getting on a flight, I know my belongings will be secure the entire time! This is also the set that matches my dog’s 3x Comfrt hoodie, I didn’t do that on purpose, I bought my dog’s hoodie first. I don’t see a lot of comments mentioning size. But I’m 6’3 about 160 with a waist of 32 and length of 34. I ordered a size medium in both the hoodie and pants. If your about my height and size a medium was a perfect fit for me. I think a large woulda been a little too baggy. But if you have wider legs and a larger upper frame a large might be the way for you.

Worst customer Service

I have ordered from this company 3 different times. Customer service and delivery has been absolutely horrible each time. I have numerous emails back and forth with conflicting information. The customer is not the primary concern, not in my case. My last order was delayed by MONTHS. No follow up,no contact nothing. I had to follow up MULTIPLE times to even get a response and once I did I was told my order would be shipped and it STILL wasn't. I had to reach out AGAIN. And once I did I finally received the product I paid for. As much as I love the product I absolutely hate the extreme lack of customer service and when someone asks me where I got my outfit from, I can't in good conscious refer you. And a 15% discount does not make up for my repeated experience. Absolutely not a fan at all.
