I ordered on the 22nd and it arrived on the 26th! Super fast turn around. I went with the Bark color and was not disappointed. I read through the reviews to decide the sizing to purchase. I’m 5’3, 160#. I didn’t want a lot of material at my ankles so I went with a small and they are the perfect length and not too tight! The pockets are BIG and love the zippered butt pocket for my card!

I am addicted to these sweat sets!!! I push them on everybody! Everyone in my family owns at least 1 set to include my parents!!! Cold weather here in Colorado can't come soon enough. I don’t see a lot of comments mentioning size. But I’m 6’3 about 160 with a waist of 32 and length of 34. I ordered a size medium in both the hoodie and pants. If your about my height and size a medium was a perfect fit for me. I think a large woulda been a little too baggy. But if you have wider legs and a larger upper frame a large might be the way for you.

Love the fit if these, this style runs a little bit smaller than the, coordinates, and signature, the hoodie more than the pants, but it's still a good fit. I don't like things too huge, I'm 5,7" and 150lbs I get the medium pants and Small hoodie and it's a perfect fit for both.

Worst customer Service

I have ordered from this company 3 different times. Customer service and delivery has been absolutely horrible each time. I have numerous emails back and forth with conflicting information. The customer is not the primary concern, not in my case. My last order was delayed by MONTHS. No follow up,no contact nothing. I had to follow up MULTIPLE times to even get a response and once I did I was told my order would be shipped and it STILL wasn't. I had to reach out AGAIN. And once I did I finally received the product I paid for. As much as I love the product I absolutely hate the extreme lack of customer service and when someone asks me where I got my outfit from, I can't in good conscious refer you. And a 15% discount does not make up for my repeated experience. Absolutely not a fan at all.
