I’m 5’3, 160# and the Medium hoodie fit great. I typically wear a Large in unisex TShirts. I didn’t want to be swallowed up in material and I think a Large would have been too much.

It's a little (little key word) weighted and it feels nice, but don't think it's a heavy blanket. I do like that I can feel the weight of it. Super soft inside, plain outside so it matches everything. It has 5 pockets, and only one of those has no zipper which is the front pocket.
