As a reference, I am 5’ 3” and 172 lbs. For the set, I ordered a L in the Zip Hoodie and an XL for the Sweatpants. And honestly, the reviews on each piece helped me decide on the fits that would work best for me! The Zip Hoodie and Sweatpants fit wonderfully. Also, they’re just as comfortable as advertised and expressed in the reviews. I haven’t taken them off since I tried them on and my apartment is a little warmer today.
