We understand that sometimes your order isn’t quite right - and that’s okay. At Comfrt, we’ve made returns simple, flexible, and stress free.
Return Window: 30 days from delivery

We do not provide exchanges for international orders at this time. Please note, items not received in accordance with our return policy are subject to rejection and will be automatically discarded.

International customers are required to cover the return shipping cost. Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.

Return Window
- Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns requested outside this period or that don’t meet policy criteria will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or scent.
- Tags (and hygienic liners, if applicable) must be attached.
- Items returned in non-sellable condition will not qualify for credit or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for: Final Sale items or digital items such as e-gift cards.
Eligible items can be returned for a refund or store credit in the form of a Comfrt Gift Card.
Refund Options:
- 14 days from delivery - Refund to original form of payment
- 30 days from delivery - Store Credit
Processing Time
- Once your return is received at our warehouse, your refund or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing times
- Store credit is issued as a Comfrt Gift Card via email - it never expires and can be used on any future order.
